We are very excited to announce the launch the second issue of wi: journal of mobile media devoted to the theme of Active Radio.
We will be hosting a live video chat with our collaborators in Montreal, Bologna, and Sao Paulo.

**This event will feature a live demonstration of the early electronic musical instrument, les Ondes Martenot, by Jean Laurendeau, a noted player and teacher of the device and also the biographer of its inventor, Maurice Martenot (Montreal), and a Theremin performance by sound artist, Anna Friz (Toronto).**
